Reports directly to the superintendent and, as secretary, to the board of trustees. As a member of the executive team, his responsibilities include: secretary to the board; labour negotiations; collective agreement administration; contract and agreement administration; annual budgeting, financial monitoring, risk management including oversight of international travel and Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Administration.
As well, the secretary treasurer oversees the financial services, transportation services and facility services.
